The present invention provides an electromagnetic solenoid valve. Comprising: a wire (1); a bobbin (2), having a cylindrical winding portion (2a) at both ends and a flange portion (2b) provided in the winding portion (2a) of wire (1) the wound portion (2a) wound on a coil shape; terminal portion (3), which is provided in the flange portion (2B), closer to the coil bobbin (2) and the winding axis of the central portion (2a) as compared to radially outward to form a planar projecting in a direction perpendicular to the central axis, it is provided with two terminals (31) at the side end portion of the terminal portion (3); and two wall portions (41), which is arranged in both sides of the terminal portion (3) in the width direction in the central axis direction of the upright position, the wire (1) from both ends of the bobbin (2) toward the terminal portion (3) drawn out from two wall portions (41 ) wound portion (2a) to the radially outward side leadaround, electrically connected to a terminal (31).
