At present,we have made distinguished achievements in economic growth.However,the extensive economic growth has a negative impact on energy,resources and ecological environment.Consequently it becomes hard for the State to improve its competitiveness and to safeguard state security.Therefore,we need to practice the Scientific View of Development and change our economic growth model.We must try to absorb and carry on the rational part of Chinese traditional culture;manage the human-nature relation,interpersonal relations and human ego relations;and work hard to construct the socialist harmonious society.
