CHARACTER EDUCATION STRATEGY THROUGHINTEGRATED ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATIONIN SMPN 01 KEDUNGBANTENG PURWOKERTO

This article concluded that value, attitude, and positive behaviors such as
honesty, keeping mandate, optimism and others, as well as avoiding negative
behavior such as lie, wasteful, envy, and others are moral. It meant those values
was taught in the essentials of moral in Islamic Religious Education. Learning
without supportive atmosphere cannot reach the aim. The factors of school
environment can be norm in school or extra curriculum activity. Morals are
integrated into other courses; norm in school and school activity which support
can affect students’ behavior. Through the integration, students can get
knowledge and skill totally, it will be meaningful for students. Besides it,
character building in school depends on norm and activity in school.
