Research on defect in pin monitoring system of transmission line based on air pressure sensing technology

2020
Based on MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) piezoresistive pressure sensor and temperature sensor, NB-IOT (Narrow Band Internet of Things) communication module is integrated, and a pin sensor with height data as monitoring quantity is developed with single chip microcomputer as main control chip. Using low power consumption technology to design software programs reduces the power consumption of the hardware system and improves the battery service life of the hardware system. Through the temperature compensation algorithm, the influence of temperature drift of the sensor is reduced, the accuracy of air pressure-height conversion is improved, and the accuracy of height measurement error ±0.5m is realized. The effectiveness and reliability of the pin sensing monitoring system are verified through indoor and field tests, making it possible to monitor the pin state online. The sensor monitoring system has the advantages of low power consumption, low cost, small volume, high reliability, on-line monitoring, etc. It can be widely applied to the monitoring of defect in pins of transmission lines, and is expected to realize full monitoring of defect in pins of transmission lines and intelligent operation and maintenance, which will greatly reduce the operation and maintenance workload, improve the operation and maintenance efficiency, and meet the direction of intelligent development of power grids in the future.
