제주 지역에서의 감귤황룡병 예찰 조사

In this study occurrence of Huanglongbing (HLB) was surveyed at 3 distantly separated citrus orchards located in Jejusi, Deajung, Namwon each, total 9 orchards, form June to October of 2018. For the survey of psyllid, which is a vector of HLB, equipped two commercial traps every orchards twice a month which were identified by optical or microscopical diagnosis. As a results, two Chermidae psyllidae, Cacopsylla pseudosieboldiani and Cacopsylla coccinea were found but not Diaphorina citri which is the vector of HLB. On the other hand, DNA from the citrus leaves showing HLB similar symptom were extracted. However the DNA was not amplified by PCR using specific primer for HLB indicating the symptoms may be not caused by HLB.
