How to Improve the Utilization of University Library Resources

"Collection and utilization contradiction" is one of the main contradiction of traditional library science theory,has a profound impact on the development of the library,in the information technology conditions,"collection and utilization contradiction" not only did not ease,but more acute. This paper attempts to analyze two aspects of the problems the University library,to maximize the utilization of resources from the information resource development and reader service.
