Pioneers in water-loss reduction : municipal insight

Water leakage and non-revenue water are growing problems in South Africa, with many initiatives aimed at addressing the issue. Drakenstein Municipality in Paarl, Western Cape, has undertaken a 20-year master plan and has had great success in reducing water loss.
