Simultaneous Solution of the Adsorption Integral Equation from a Set of Isotherms at Different Temperatures: a Way for More Detailed Characterization of Heterogeneous Adsorbents

1996
The concept of the adsorption integral equation is widely accepted as a standard method for the characterization of heterogeneous adsorbents based on adsorption isotherm data. The estimated distribution functions of a specific adsorbent property can be assumed to be temperature independent. This offers the possibility to use data from several different temperatures and to evaluate more information from the experiment.
