Trifolium ambiguum is not resistant to alfalfa mosaic virus
1996
Trifolium ambiguum is reported to be resistant to most viruses which infect pasture legumes. Stunted plants of T. ambiguum cv. Endura showing conspicuous mosaic and yellow mosaic symptoms were found to be infected with alfalfa mosaic virus. The resistance of T. ambiguum to a number of viruses should be re-examined.
