Construction Practice of Technical Support Sbystem for Early-arning and Emergency Dispatching in Changchun Power Grid

This paper introduces the construction experience of technical support system which is used for early-warning and emergency dispatching.Corresponding problems,such as intelligent dispatching monitoring of local power grid,ancillary analysis of contingency and auxiliary decision-making on emergencies,are proposed in this paper.The actual utilization of this technical support system in Changchun power grid has proved the validity of this method and the necessity of this system.
