Synthesis of Novel α‐CF3‐Trifluoroalanine Derivatives Containing N‐(Diethoxyphosphoryl)difluoroacetyl Group.

A convenient and easy route to various phosphorylated α-CF3-trifluoroalanine derivatives, interesting compounds that could exhibit potential biological activities or useful building blocks in the synthesis of pharmacologically important peptides, is given.
