Innovative Projection as an Imperative Implementation of Competence-Based Approach in High School

The article presents the results of sociological research, served as a basis to justify some of the concepts of technology innovation in the design of a regional youth policy. The lack of complexity in the implementation of measures for career-oriented education students, the high degree of uncertainty of youth in the labor market in many ways determine the need to develop a unified system of career guidance activities "Youth in the labor market." The problem in the theoretical and practical course contains the professional informing reference points, diagnostics of a status, orientation to the future in the field of implementation of youth innovations in regions of the country.
