Amine oxidase activities in bovine lung

The subcellular distributions of amine oxidase activities MAO-A, MAO-B and SSAO, in bovine lung have been determined. MAO activities are largely confined to the mitochondria whereas SSAO activity is concentrated in the microsomal fraction.
