Factores de riesgo psicosociales y desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de la Empresa Pambaflor S.A.

The research that has been carried out aims to evaluate and analyze the influence of sychosocial risks on workers at the company Pambaflor SA with job performance, which will be of great importance since the results obtained will help to outline preventive measures and being corrective within the company, in this way it will be possible to avoid future consequences related to occupational diseases. For the progress of this project, books, theses, scientific journals and technical standards have been analyzed, which help to have a theoretical knowledge that will help in the support, consecutively the operationalization of variables was fulfilled, based on the independent variable psychosocial risks in where the FPSICO questionnaire consisting of 44 questions (89 items) was analyzed, which was applied to a population of 60 people, the data collected was entered and coded in the software, the same one that generates its statistical report with its profile evaluative, indicating the existing risk levels. The data collected from the psychosocial risk assessment and the data provided by HR on the performance evaluation were analyzed and interpreted using the Chi Square test, and according to this method the null hypothesis is accepted, that is, if it exists relationship between psychosocial risks and job performance in the workers of the company Pambaflor SA
