The invention provides a novel airborne laser active remote measurement system for the concentration of an atmospheric CO2 column. The airborne laser active remote measurement system for the concentration of the atmospheric CO2 column employs an airborne system and has a wide detection range; the system uses an active detection method, is free of influence by sunlight and can realize observation in the whole day, so the application scope of the system is greatly improved; moreover, the technology of tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) is employed and the characteristics of narrow line width, tunable wavelength and the like of a distribution feedback laser are made full use of, so scanning and measuring of the fingerprint zone of a single absorption line of CO2 gas molecules are realized; and the system has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, strong capability of resisting interference by other gases, realizes on-line rapid remote measurement of the concentration the CO2 column and has good popularization and application value.
