Experimental Study on Guangzao Three Medicinal Herbs Pellet Cleaning Oxygen Free Radical

Objective:In this paper, the machanisms of traditional Mongolian medicine Guangzao three medicinal herbs pellet cleaning and inhibiting the super oxygen free radical was studied.Methods:VB 2-Met-NBT was used as the productive react system of oxygen free radical, and effects of the drug cleaning oxygen free radical were observed.Results:When S=50%,SC 50=77.5 μg/ml(r=0.995 3);When I=50%, IC 50=73.9 μg/ml(r=0.943 7).Conclusion:The effect of the drug cleaning and inhibiting oxygen free radical depends on the dose of the drug.
