On Strategies of Listening Teaching for Senior English Majors

Listening comprehension is an integration of cognitive and meta-cognitive process,and many factors influence the development of listening techniques of senior English majors,such as anxiety,underdevelopment of learning strategies and deficiency of target culture.Therefore,the integration of functions of the senses which obtain various information,the combination of intensive and extensive listening as well as the synthesization of classroom teaching and autonomous learning could function as the feasible strategies of teaching listening for senior English majors.
