Application of snapshot imaging spectrometer in environmental detection

2017
This study aimed at the application of snapshot imaging spectrometer in environmental detection. The simulated sewage and dyeing wastewater were prepared and the optimal experimental conditions were determined. The white LED array was used as the detection light source and the image of the sample was collected by the imaging spectrometer developed in the laboratory to obtain the spectral information of the sample in the range of 400-800 nm. The standard curve between the absorbance and the concentration of the samples was established. The linear range of a single component of Rhoda mine B was 1-50 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was more than 0.99, the recovery was 93%-113% and the relative standard deviations (RSD) was 7.5%. The linear range of chemical oxygen demand (COD) standard solution was 50-900mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.981, the recovery was 91% -106% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 6.7%. The rapid, accurate and precise method for detecting dyes showed an...
