The invention discloses a fruit-blended enzyme product with a function of coordinating intestines and stomach and a preparation method for the fruit-blended enzyme product. The enzyme consists of the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of hylocereus undatus with red pericarp and flesh, 10-30 parts of lemons, 20-50 parts of honey, 3-5 parts of fructose powder, 1-4 parts of prebiotics, 1-2 parts of water, 0-1 part of a nutrient, 0.1-0.4 part of spirulina powder, 0.1-0.4 part of citric acid and 0.01-0.3 part of a thickener. The invention further discloses the preparation method for the fruit-blended enzyme product, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) pre-processing fruits; (2) fermenting fruits; (3) blending; and (4) sub-packaging. The fruit-blended enzyme product is naturally antiseptic due to high osmotic pressure and high enzyme activity, and does not need a preservative. The product is moderate in sourness and sweetness, fresh in mouthfeel, rich in nutrient ingredients and capable of supplementing required enzyme and nutrients to a human body to achieve the function of coordinating intestines and stomach.
