Studies on isolation and extraction of genomic DNA from Ceratocystis fimbriata for construction of a genetic library.

In this study,black rot fungus of sweet potato was separated according to conventional separation methods of soil-borne pathogen.And two improvement methods for extracting genomic DNA were contrasted with the common methods.The result indicated that high pure genomic DNA could be obtained by CTAB method,which would be the important foundation for construction of a genetic library.
