Reverse Logistics Activities in Morocco: Survey

Reverse Logistics (RL) has become an area of concern to professionals. Although it has been recently known by this name, it deals problems that are not new. In addition, new legislation forces companies to revise their logistics system to make room for reverse logistics. A recent survey in RL activity in Moroccan companies examines the application of reverse logistics in Morocco. The research focuses on three key questions :1/ Do Moroccan companies apply RL practices and why? 2/ What type of industry is most likely to adopt reverse logistics and what are the most applicable recovery options? 3/ How many Moroccan companies outsource RL activities and why? To do this, a survey was conducted among 60 managers or logistics managers of Moroccan companies in various fields. The results of this survey will provide guidelines for researchers in this area.
