On the Evolution of Space in the Historical and Cultural City——Huai'an

By analyzing the old town,the new town and the historical evolving process of the space clamped in the city of Huai'an,this paper studies the different roles that economy,transportation an population played in the spatial structure evolvement in each historical evolving stage and deduces the characteristic space evolution path of Huai'an city.
