Energy-saving combined dust collector

2009
An energy-saving combined dust collector consists of an inertial separator 1 and a pulse bag type dust collector 6. The inertial separator 1 comprises reversal blades, a separating plate, transverse plates and an airflow distribution plate, guide blades 2 are arranged at an air inlet on the top of the separator 1 which is wedge-shaped, lattices of the guide blades 2 are parallel to an airflow direction, the louver separating plate 3 is mounted below the guide blades, and the transverse plates 4 and the distribution plate 5 with vent holes are sequentially mounted behind the separating plate 3. After passing through the inertial separator 1 on the upstream, concentration of dust content of air containing dust is reduced by 60% at least. Dust removing cycle of a filter bag is prolonged greatly, and the service life of the filter bag can be prolonged to over 4 years. The new emission standards can be achieved without expanding specification of the dust collector and dust removing effect can not be affected by specific resistance of a dust. Further, the dust collector saves energy and reduces at least 1/4 electric consumption and about 1/5 steel consumption and space occupation compared with an electric-bag combined dust collector.
