The utility model relates to a fruit and vegetable combining drying device, in particular to a tunnel-type hot-air, microwave and far infrared combining drying machine. The device comprises a feed reversing framework, a suppresser, a conveyor, a heater, a splitter, a blast blower, a drying cavity, a microwave magnetic control tube, a screening can, a far-infrared heating tube, a moisture-removing cover, a moisture-removing fan, a programmable logic controller(PLC) control panel, a governor transmission framework and the like. The heater, the blast blower and the splitter are arranged at the lower end of the drying cavity. After produced by the heater and the blast blower, hot air moves from the bottom to the top in the drying cavity through the splitter. The microwave magnetic control tube is arranged on the inner side face of the drying cavity, and microwave radiation produced by the microwave magnetic control tube during operation can directly act on materials. The far-infrared heating tube is arranged on the materials conveyor in the drying cavity and parallel to the material conveyor. The far-infrared heating tube is arranged in the screening can, the far infrared radiation produced by the far-infrared heating tube during operation can thread the screening can and directly act on the materials on the conveyor. The moisture-removing cover and the moisture-removing fan are arranged on the top of the drying cavity, and steam produced by material after drying can be expelled from the top of the drying cavity. PLC control panel sets parameters of the conveying rate and conveying direction of the conveyor, temperature and speed of hot air, microwave power, heat-up time and far infrared temperature. The tunnel-type hot-air, the microwave and the far infrared combining drying machine which is used for drying and processing of fruit and vegetable has the advantages that the tunnel-type hot-air, the microwave and the far infrared combining drying machine can chose suitable combining drying method (hot-air-microwave combining drying, hot-air-far infrared combining drying, microwave-far infrared combining drying and the like) and set relevant parameters, flexibility of the device and adaptability to fruit and vegetable of different cultivars are greatly improved, and meanwhile energy consumption is reduced obviously and product quality is improved.
