Gearshift PCB Malfunction Analysis and Optimization

Gearshift PCB malfunction analysis is rarely seen in the industry.This paper analyzes gearshift PCB failure from vehicle test failures.By analyzing the schematic diagrams of defects of high side switch,deduced potential defect points,simulated failures,and located application defects of high side switch under harsh vehicle conditions..The optimized electrical design of electrical appliance power failure and high side switch application proposed in this paper may serve as reference for industry practitioners.
