Copper core crosslinked polyethylene halogen-free flame-retardant ultraviolet-proof control power cable

2016
The invention discloses a copper core crosslinked polyethylene halogen-free flame-retardant ultraviolet-proof control power cable. The copper core crosslinked polyethylene halogen-free flame retardant ultraviolet-proof control power cable comprises a cable core, wherein the cable core is formed by twisting a plurality of insulated wire cores; an alkali-free glass fiber rope is filled outside the cable core; two halogen-free high-flame-retardant tapes are firstly overlapped and wrapped and two polyester tapes are then overlapped and wrapped outside the cable core; a copper-plastic composite tape is overlapped and wrapped outside the polyester tapes, and a drainage wire is arranged in the copper-plastic composite tape; an inner jacket is extruded outside the copper-plastic composite tape; a copper tape armor layer is wrapped outside the inner jacket; and a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant rat-proof and termite-proof ultraviolet-proof outer protective layer is extruded on the outermost layer of the cable. According to the cable, the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant termite-proof ultraviolet-proof outer protective layer arranged on the surface of the cable is used for resisting ultraviolet irradiation over the ground, and the emission of harmful poison gas is greatly reduced through the low-smoke halogen-free inner protective layer and outer protective layer.
