The invention relates to a voltage endurance testing device, specifically relates to a device for testing the voltage endurance of a substation bus bar heat-shrinkable bush, and belongs to the technical field of power overhauling test equipment. The device comprises a test box, a test bin is formed in the test box, an insulating support is arranged in the test bin, and an insulating oil cup is fixed on the insulating support. A high voltage electrode and a grounding electrode are arranged in the insulating oil cup, the grounding electrode is grounded via a lead, and the high voltage electrode is connected with a test circuit via a lead. The insulating oil cup is full of insulating oil, and a temperature control device is arranged at the lower end of the insulating oil cup. The device is simple, compact and reasonable in structure, simple and feasible, and can be used for really and effectively testing the voltage endurance of a bus bar heat-shrinkable bush material at different voltage strengths and operating temperatures so as to provide strong basis for insulating strength assessment of heat-shrinkable bushes.
