: Part II presents a guide for manuscript preparation. The guide describes 11 steps necessary to complete a manuscript and is designed to serve several purposes: making the process of having a manuscript published easier for the author and less tedious for the Editorial Review Board; reducing the number of revisions and the revision time; and providing the author with a better chance of getting his or her material published.
