Photo Quiz: Nasal Respiratory Difficulties and Rhinorrhea in a 16-Year-Old Female

A16-year-old female with nasal respiratory difficulties and pathological green rhinorrhea was admitted to the otorhinolaryngology department. The patient was immunocompetent and was diagnosed with allergic asthma and nasal polyposis. She presented with mild peripheral eosinophilia (8.4% eosinophils
