A sheet of ferritic stainless steel which is excellent in surface gloss and corrosion resistance, comprising: by mass%: C: 0.001 to 0.03% Si: 0.01 to 1.0%, Mn: 0.01 1.5%, P: 0.005 to 0.05%, S: 0.0001 to 0.01%, Cr: 12 to 16%, N: 0.001 to 0.03%, Nb: 0.05 to 0, 3%, Ti: 0.03 to 0.15%, Al: 0.05 to 0.5%, Sn: 0.01 to 1.0%; and optionally further it is containing one element or more of Ni: 0.01 to 0.5%, Cu: 0.01 to 0.5%, Mo: 0.01 to 0.5%, V: 0.01 to 0.5%, Zr: 0.01 to 0.5%, Co: 0.01 to 0.5%, Mg: 0.0001 to 0.005%, B 0.0003 to 0.005%, and Ca: 0, 0003 to 0.005%; and the balance of the steel sheet Fe and unavoidable impurities, and satisfying the relationship of 1 <= Nb / Ti <= 3.5.
