A PULSE STRETCHER CIRCUIT FOR FAST SPECTROMETRY

Abstract The working of an apparatus to transform pulses lasting a few ns, produced by fast photomultipliers, into pulses lasting about a μs, of rectangular form and amplitude proportional to that of the fast pulses, is here described. Pulses which can be analysed in normal multichannels are thus obtained.
