An electric pulse applicator for the treatment of biological tissue allowing the application of an electric field to the cells of biological tissue to modify the properties of their membrane, comprising electrodes and a generator pulse (10). The electrodes comprise at least three needles (1, 2 ... n) to be introduced into the tissue to be treated and define a treatment volume, said needles (1, 2 ... n) forming two two pairs of needles, and a switch (11) of needles addressing the pulses produced by the pulse generator (10), successively on the different pairs of needles.
