Beneficios y garantías de los miembros de la fuerza pública en marcos de justicia transicional en perspectiva comparada: lecciones para el caso colombiano

This article identifies the acknowledgement of the rights given to the Army in transitional justice processes through a revision of countries that have changed from a dictatorship to a democracy and from war to peace. This is carried out in order to show the possible rights and guarantees given to the Army during the transitional justice process in Colombia.
