Mycenaean Pottery from the Aegean to the Levant

2004
It is a well-known fact that Mycenaean Pottery was extensively distributed over the eastern Mediterranean during the Late Bronze Age but the conditions under which it spread are still questioned, espacially as regards the nature of exchanges, the identity of the conveyors, the effects on the lives of those importing goods. The papers collected in this volume present both new archaeological data and remarks on their analysis. They help provide a new outlook on problems in a field where Vronwy Hankey was an innovator. With this volume we mean to pay tribute to her memory.
