Therefore, a research framework was hypothesized by enlisting the personal innovativeness, facilitating condition and social influence towards behavioral intention to become the digital competent. An online survey was conducted to collect data from female students in two developing economies i.e., Pakistan and Bangladesh. The survey resulted in 254 responses with 130 from Pakistan and 124 from Bangladesh. Structural equation modeling analysis was conducted to comprehend the behavior factors. The results portrayed that grouped responses conferred all predictors significant towards behavior intention while in Bangladesh scenario, the social influence had no impact on female students' behavior towards becoming the digital competent. The study results will support the stakeholders to comprehend the predicaments of digital competency in females from developing countries.
