Study on the Method for Measuring Mechanical Bias of Pendulous Inertial Sensor

For the research of a pendulous inertial sensor,it is quite important to measure the mechanical bias.Based on the technique of capacitance measurement,a method which can be used to find the mechanical bias of a pendulous inertial sensor is proposed,and the relation between the error of the measured mechanical bias and the ratio of the gravity equivalent elastic coefficient to the reed elastic coefficient of the pendulous inertial sensor is discussed.In theory,the relative error is as little as the square of such ratio.With this method,the mechanical bias can be measured quite easy.
