Reconstructed work insufficient to satisfy copyright deposit requirements

The US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit affirmed the District of Puerto Rico's holding that a deposit copy that was reconstructed without access to the original work was an insufficient deposit for purposes of copyright registration in the USA.
