Research of pretreatment platform for simultaneous determination of 198 pesticides in traditional Chinese medicine

Objective:To establish a GC-MS method for simultaneous determination of 198 pesticides in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The samples were extracted with acetone,and clean-up by gel permeation chromatography(GPC) or the combination of GPC with solid-phase extraction(SPE).The pretreatment of method was optimized.And the different clean-up methods for Chinese herbs according to the medicament portions and matrix were used.Results:Four Chinese herbs(including Rhizome Dioscoreae,Radix Astragali,Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) were used to evaluate the accuracy of this method.The recoveries of most pesticides were ranged from 70% to 110% with the relative standard deviations(RSD) being from 2.7% to 13.6%.Conclusion:This method is sensitive,accurate,and is helpful for determination of multi-residual pesticides in traditional Chinese medicines.
