Device for producing a microfluidic channel structure in a chamber, process for their preparation and their use
2009
Device for producing a microfluidic channel structure in a chamber (6), which forms a cavity for receiving a fluid between two plates, - the chamber (6) at least one inlet for supplying the fluid into the chamber (6) and at least one outlet (102) for dispensing the fluid from the chamber (6), - at least one of the two plates with a cooling element for displacement of the fluid in the chamber (6) is provided in a solid state, and - at least one of the two plates has a plurality of heating elements which are distributed in such a way over the plate, that by heating a portion of the heating elements and the thus caused liquefaction of areas around the heating elements, a channel structure by at least one inlet through the chamber (6) for at least one outlet (102) is formed for guiding a fluid flow.
