The invention provides a deep sludge dehydration method and system. The deep sludge dehydration system comprises a modification device and further comprises a conveying device, a container, a driving device and a filter pressing device, wherein the inlet end of the conveying device is communicated with the modification device, and the outlet end of the conveying device is communicated with the container and the filter pressing device; the container comprises a piston; the outlet of the container is communicated with the modification device and the filter pressing device; the driving device is used for driving the piston to move in the container; the filter pressing device comprises at least two cavities superposed together; the volume of each cavity is kept invariable. The deep sludge dehydration system has the advantages of high dehydration rate, short production cycle, long service life and the like.
