A comparison of physique situation is made between college students and adults aged from 18 to 25 engaged in different jobs in Jiangsu, China. It shows that there is a significant difference in all indices of physical condition. And the results indicate that the physique of the college students is determined not only by heredity, but also by many other factors during their growth, such as the style of life, the burdance of study, the nutrition condition, the school^s physical education situation, etc.
