Designing a college-level PL/SQL programming course

This paper describes how the authors developed a hands-on course for students to learn PL/SQL programming at community college level. It provides detailed information about curriculum development, including target students, delivery format, assignment objectives, equipment, and barriers. Future development that can possibly enhance the programs is also discussed.
