Determination of Difenoconazole Residue in Banana and Soil by Using Gas Chromatography

An analysis method for determination of difenoconazole residue in banana and soil by using GC was established.When the content of difenoconazole was 0.02 mg / kg,0.2 mg / kg and 2.0 mg / kg,the average recoveries of difenoconazole in pulp,whole banana and soil were 86.88% ～98.52%,83.80%～96.01% and 94.00%～97.27%,respectively.The corresponding relative standard deviations were 2.77%～5.74%,3.98%～6.11% and 2.76%～5.32%,respectively.The limit of detection of difenoconazole was 2.0×10-12 g and the limit of quantification of method for difenoconazole was 0.002 mg / kg.The method was fast,sensitive,simple,reproducible and practical for detection of defenoconazole residue in environment systems.
