Analysis of electricity experience for users in multi-area interconnected power system with gas station network attacked

2021
This paper proposes a novel method to improve electricity experience for normal electric users, aiming at reduce the adverse impact of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) charging behavior on normal electric users under gas station network attacked. When gas station network is attacked, more power is required from grid to PHEVs, leading to the rise in electricity prices and higher electricity bills for normal electric user(except PHEV users). To solve this problem, satisfaction of normal electric users considering their electricity expense and electricity comfort is first presented. Furthermore, optimization frame of user satisfaction combined with demand response (DR) is put up to improve electricity experience of normal electric user. Finally, the proposed method is tested on IEEE-118 bus system. Simulation results show that the satisfaction of user descends after gas station network is attacked. By means of optimization tool, comfort of electricity consumption is reduced, but the cost of electricity consumption is also reduced. Therefore, the overall user satisfaction can be improved.
