Determination of Yiqi Fumai Injection Color by Colorimeter

Objective: To establish a method to measure the color of Yiqi Fumai injection by colorimeter.Method: Establish the upper limit by taking yellow colorimetric solution as standard,study the precision,repeatability and stability of this method,and measure the color of 20 batches of Yiqi Fumai injection by this method.Results: The precision,repeatability and stability of this method meet the requirements and the result of 20 batches of Yiqi Fumai injection is good.Conclusion: The colorimeter determination method established is with high precision,repeatability and stability,so it can be used in quality control of Yiqi Fumai injection.
