Preliminary study effects of cadmium on DNA damage and MDA、SOD of ovaries granule cells in mouse

2010
Objective To study the effects of Cadmium on female reproduction function, the DNA damage of mice ovaries granule cells. Methods Mice ovaries granule cells were which injected different dose of Cadmium chloride were determined after 48h by single-cell geleleetrophoresis(SCGE),as well as MDA and SOD were also determined. Results The results showed that Cadmium could form DNA damage in granule cells and the damage extent increased with the higher concentration and an evident dose-effect relationship was showed that MDA content increased and SOD activity decreased. Conclusion All results indicated that cadmium could cause DNA damage of mice ovaries granule cells.
