Promotion effect of Cucumaria frondosa on the secretion of mice intestinal SIgA

Purpose:Investigate the effect of Cucumaria frondosa on the secretion of mice intestinal SIgA.Methods:Fifty mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal group,model group,low dose group,medium dose group,high dose group.Used models of low-immunity mice induced by injected cyclophosphamide,detect SIgA content and histological observation of ileum.Results:Compared with model group,low dose Cucumaria frondosa could have remarkable effect of protecting intestinal villi,and the amount of SIgA secretion.Conclusions:Cucumaria frondosa can enhance the amount of intestinal SIgA,and thus protect intestinal villi from hurting,which makes it a good material to prevent enteritis.
