Study on the intelligent cleaning method of settling pollution in Switchgear based on pneumatic principle

Due to the electric field force, natural settlement and other factors during the operation of the electric switchgear cabinet, the surface of the internal insulator and other equipment will inevitably be covered with pollution, which usually needs to be cleaned regularly. However, operation experience shows that manual cleaning has a certain risk of electric shock. In this paper, a kind of intelligent cleaning method based on pneumatic principle is proposed and a prototype is made. The test is carried out in the artificial climate room. The experiment shows that based on the pneumatic principle, the settlement and pollution separation of the structure surface can be realized. The temperature has little influence on the cleaning effect, the humidity has great influence on the cleaning effect, the characteristic of the pollution has certain influence on the cleaning, and the objects to be cleaned have a great influence on the cleaning effect.
