The invention discloses a preparation method of a catalyst applied to intra-molecular dehydration of amino alcohol compounds and aims to solve the problems that the catalyst is complex in preparation process, low in strength and short in service life in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding compounds containing silicon, phosphorus, alkali metal and alkaline-earth metal elements into water according to an element mole ratio, uniformly mixing under the aid of ultrasonic wave, drying by distillation, then roasting at 500-700 DEG C for 3-5 hours to prepare a catalyst precursor; and (2) adding a proper quantity of adhesives into the catalyst precursor prepared by the step (1), fully kneading, then adding 1-4% of graphite, pressing for forming, drying to prepare the catalyst applied to intra-molecular dehydration of amino alcohol compounds. Compared with the prior art, the catalyst prepared by the method has the advantages of simple and quick process, high strength and long service life. The catalyst is applied to reaction for preparing aziridine compounds by using intra-molecular dehydration of a plurality of amino alcohols.
