Plan Integral de Cuidados Paliativos 2017-2020.: Valoración por parte de una muestra de asistentes a unas Jornadas de Cuidados Paliativos

espanolObjetivo principal: analizar el nivel de conocimiento y la valoracion del plan en una muestra de asistentes a unas Jornadas de Cuidados Paliativos y Familia. Metodologia: los participantes fueron los asistentes a las Jornadas celebradas en octubre del 2019 en un centro sociosanitario de la Comunicad de Madrid. De los 346 asistentes respondieron al cuestionario 271 personas (tasa de respuesta=78.3%). Contestaron un cuestionario ad hoc, incluyendo preguntas acerca del conocimiento de la existencia de la publicacion del Plan y de la importancia de cada una de las 11 lineas estrategicas. Resultados principales: El 86% (233) fueron mujeres de edad media 46 anos (DT=15.8). La mayor parte tenian estudios de licenciatura o superiores 31,7% (86) sanitarios (40,2%, 109), sociales (12,2%; 33) o psicologos (9,2%; 25). El 86% (233) no conocian la existencia del Plan Integral de CP. Todas las lineas fueron consideradas de alta importancia (valoradas de media >9 sobre 10). Conclusion principal: se ha detectado un desconocimiento general del plan pero, en el momento en que se conoce, la valoracion por parte del personal sociosanitario es excelente, por lo que es importante continuar con su difusion y realizar seguimiento periodicamente. EnglishObjective: to analyze the level of knowledge and the evaluation of the plan in a sample of attendees to a Palliative Care and Family Workshop. Methods: participants were attendees to the Workshop held in October 2019 in a social health center of the Comunicad de Madrid. Of the 346 attendees, 271 people responded to the questionnaire (response rate 78.3%). They answered an ad hoc questionnaire, including questions about the knowledge of the existence of the Plan's publication and the importance of each of the 11 strategic lines. Results: 86% (233) were women of average age 46 years (SD=15.8). Most had undergraduate or higher studies 31.7% (86) health care (40.2%, 109), social (12.2%; 33) or psychologists (9.2%; 25). 86% (233) were not aware of the existence of the PC Integral Plan. All lines were considered of high importance (average value >9 out of 10). Conclusions: A general ignorance of the plan has been detected but, at the time it is known, the assessment by the social health staff is excellent, so it is important to continue its dissemination and follow up periodically.
